Gentlemen
The undersigned
owners of Lots Five and
8 in Block 69 of Terry Plat
addition, said Lots being on
the East Side of Eighth Street
between James and Cherry protest
against the building of a
bridge in front of our property
A bridge there will be of no use
to us but on the contrary
will be in our way, it will
be unsightly ugly and
detrimental to out interest
to the extent of many thousands
of dollars, the established
grade suits us and we want
no departure therefrom.
