Seattle Washington February 15 1894 To the Honorable City Council of the City of Seattle, Gentlemen:-We the undersigned residents and property owners upon the vacinity of Broadway and DeForrest Streets North of Madison Street and who are obliged to make daily use of said streets hereby petition your honorable body to cuase street lights to be places alont the line of siad Broadway and DeForrest Streets are not now established between Madison Street on the South and Oak Street on the North.
