full by his devoted brothers.
Mr. Moe went home to his
family, which bill please
find enclosed. Mr. E. Roberts
settled his bill himself.

Mr.Altison, who was not
expected to live for five days,
is now out of danger, but, will
take some time before he can
resume work again.

Mr. Tobin who fell from
the ladder is also doing very
well.

These two are still at the
hospital and without means;
I like to inform you of it.

I am confident that your
Honor will remember the case
of the shooting of Mr. O'Neil
by a city official on the night
of May 26th 1883. The injured
man was brought to the
hospital by two policemen
it is only just that bill of
such patient should be paid.

Which bill has been pre-
sent ever since, though
presented, but for want of
explanation has never been
settled; if further informations
are required, we are
ready at any time to give
them.

Hoping that your honor
will represent the case to the
Honorable Council, I remain
most respectfully yours.
