To the Honourables,
the house of Delegates and Alderman of
the City of Seattle.
Your petitioner would represent that she
has went to great expense in erecting a brick building on
the corner of South 4th and Washington Street in this city and
that the side-walk in front of said building on south 4th
Street is ony eight feet wide, and your petitioner Prays that
said sidewalk be widened to 12 feet.
And your petitioner will ever pray.
