Mr President:
Your Committee on Streets
to whom referred Petition of Newell Mill Co.
JM Nelson and others for repairs to
Southend of Grant St Bridge, and
Roadway connections, same with the new
County plank road report that they
have investigated the matter and on commend
that the petition be granted , and
roadway constructed in accordance
with said petition. We submit
herewith an estimate of the cost
of the improvement proposed
by the Superintendant of Streets.
