Your Committee on Claims
to whom was referred House of Del. Bill#_
Beg leave to report that the statements
made herein we find are true but we do not
believe that the Petitioner is entitled to
the rebate of the first three items as
we find that nothing was destroyed, and
that all persons engaged in this business
assume the risk of epidemic.
The succeeding seven items were destroyed
by officials of the City, therefore he should
be reimbursed to the amount of seventy nine
and 25/00 dollars.
