To the Common Council of the City of Seattle
We, the undersigned residents on and in the vicinity of
the streets hereinafter names, do repectfully ask that a suitable
water main may be laid fromt he intersection of Gaylor]] and Temper-
ance Streets and thence one blick north on said Victory Street, with fire
plugs at the Corners of Gaylor and Victory Street, with fire
plugs at the Corners of Gaylor and Victory Street, withfire
plugs at the corners of Gaylor and Victory Street, with fire
plugs at the Corners of Gaylor and Victory and Garfield and Victory
Streets. The number of consumers served by this pipe would be not
less that Fifteen all paying not less than $1.25 per month.
