MR. PRESIDENT:

Your Committee on City Light
to whom was referred a Petition to Light Harvard
and Villard streets between Depot and 4th Street,
recommend that 3 incandescent lights
be placed as follows.

One 30 candle power lamp at the Point of Junction
between the Nagle and Pontius additions at the
north end of the Little Circular Park on the west
side of Harvard street, another at the intersection
of Chester and Villard streets, and one on May and
Villard streets to be located at such points as are
described in the Petition.
