72 Aug 16/89 Petition of J Kevan to build within the fire limits Fire and Water On investigation we find that Mr. Kevan applied for a building permit on the property mentioned and that he had begun the excavation some time previous to the passing of the fire limit ordinance. 2414 Front Street Seattle Wash August 16th 89 To His Honor the mayor and City Council of Seattle Gentlemen, I hereby beg to ask permission to build an addition to my store at 2416 Front Street which is situated near Cedar- Block 20 Lot 3 Bell & Denny's Addition The building has not been completed according to original design and the present restriction act has been passed during my absence. I having been absent from the City for many weeks. As the addition is to be in rear of present structure I hope that you will favorably consider this application.
