Seattle Washington May 23 1891 To the Hon the City council of Seattle Wash Gentlemen The accompanying plat of Lakeside Addition having been examined and approved by the City is transmitted to your Hon Body, with favorable recommendation for acceptance. It may be well to state that there is on the Maps of one city in general use another Lakeside Addition, but said Additition has long been vacated and therefore does not rightfully appear.
