Seattle, Wash., March 6th, 1893.
Honorable City Council of the City of Seattle:
Your petitioners, residents and property owners in the vicinity of Market Street, respectfully represent that there is at present no fire alarm box accessible to the residents of said locality and consequently protection against fire is greatly lessened.
Wherefore, your petitioners pray that a fire alarm box be erected at the corner of Market and Day Streets.
And you petitioners will ever pray.
