To the Honorable Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle We, the undersigned, owners of the rpoperty hereinafter described, respectfully petition your Honorable body to create and establish a license district to include the following described property, to wit: The property commencing on the northerly line of Madison Avenue, in John J McGilvra's third Addition to the city of Seattle, a point where the East line of Laurel Shade Avenue, extended, crosses said Northerly line of said Madison Avenue, thence North 73.6 feet, thence East 72.5 feet and thence Southwesterly 103.2 feet to the plce of beginning; and also the property bounded on the Westerly side by Laurel Street, on the Southerly side by Granada Avenue produced and extended to deep water in Lake Washington, and on the avenue separating Block 13 and Block 24 of John J McGilvra's Third Addition to the City of Seattle; the description including Block 12 and 13 and Blocks B and C, extending to deep water in Lake Washington, all in John J McGilvra's Third Addition to the City of Seattle.
