against granting petition of J. L. Taylor
for Cable across Rainer St read and

C. J. R. No. 1 By Miller read 3rd time and
laid on the table.

Report of Committee appointed and rules
and order business called for: The Chair
man of the Committee submitted a report
entitled "Rules and Orders of the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Seattle." The
document was ordered read by the
Prest. After the reading Snyder moved
to adopt. Second by Miller. Motion lost.

Motion to amend by Korn to have rules
read by Sections and acted on separately.

Motion by Bogardus to strike out all
the words in Section 15 after the word
"President." Carried

Motion to strike out all of Section
No. 42. Carried

Miller Moore to adopt rules as amended.
