The name of Mr. C. W. Ferris was presented
by Mayor White for position of City
Comptroller to be confirmed by the Board
of Aldermen. Confirmed by vote of 9 to 0.
The Prest declared Mr. Ferris duly elected.

Korn moved to have the City Clerk
furnish 50 copies of the rules and order
of business to the Board. Second by
Snyder and Carried.

Miller moved that the names of the
Standing Committee be printed in
back part of the Book of Rules & Orders.
Carried.

B of A Bill No. 1 by Miller
An Ordinance pertaining to the rights and
duties of the Corporation Council under the
City Charter adopted Oct. 1st A.D. 1890. Read
twice and ref to the Jud. Committee.

B & A Bill No. 2 by Miller
An Ordinance to prescribe the duties of
the Fire Commissioners and to more fully
Organize the Fire Department read twice
and ref to the Jud. Committee.

B of A Bill No. 3 by Miller
An Ordinance to provide for the empl-
-ment of a Janitor for the City —
Council and to perscribe the duties of
Such Janitor read twice and ref to
Jud. Committee.
