Nov 26 1890 In motion the Committee on Street [?] was allowed to report as follows: On the petition of Watson [sgnine] et al that the petition be not granted because petitioners do not agree to pay therefore! Report adapted as read:
On the petition of J.S. Ronald et al that the petition be granted and the necessary resolution be passed immediately: Report adotped as read and same sent to H of D for concurrent action
On the petition of Henrietta M. Hallen, et al that the petition be granted and the street be ordered graded as requeted: Reot adopted as read and same sent to St of S for concurrent action
On the petition of M. H Thondy et al asking modification of grade on Ct for once St. recommend that this peition be granted. Report adopted as read and same sent to A of D for concurrent action
On the petition of WM Hammond, et al regrading the survey of Turperance St recommend that the Board of Public Works enter int. negotiation and parties with the view to affecting a settlement, and report to the City Comm for approval or rejection thereof: Report adopted as read and same sent to H of D for concurrent action.
