COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE

Nov 2, 1883

Be it remembered that on this day the 2d day of November 1883 the Common Council of the city of Seattle meets in its Council chamber pursuant to law.

The following officers are present to wit: His Honor the Mayor H.G Struve and Councilmen Thomas Clancy, B.F. Day, Charles McDonald, U.M. Rasin, Otto Ranke, & F.W. Wusthoff.

Thereupon the following proceedings are had.

From D.R. McKinlay et al for a gas lamp corner 5th & Washington Streets. Referred to Gas Committee.
From Frahm & Simpson for an extension of time until December 1, 1883 in which to complete the improvement of 9th Street. Referred to Street Committee
