Ordered that the applicationof E Champeaux for a Retail liquor license
be & is hereby rejected.
Ordered that the license for Retail liquors heretofore granted to Carl
Osunaa
be & is hereby revoked for the reason that said Osunaa
is dispensing of liquors to the Indians.

The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to levy a
special tax for the payment of Water rent" thereupon after due consideration
said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption
Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart
Against adoption none.
The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to provide for the
constructionof a sidewalk in Battery Street" thereupon after due consideration
said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption
Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart
Against adoption none.
An Ordinance is submitted entitled "A special ordinance appropriating money
to pay audited bills" Adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption
Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart Against
adoption none.
Miscellaneous
Ordered that the Contract for the furnishing of all supplies required by the
Fire Department, be & is hereby awarding to G Kellogg & Co. excepting however
Coal & Hauling
Ordered that the rate of levy in order to provide funds to pay the Improve-
ment of Fourth Street under Ordinance No 395 be & is hereby fixed at
38 mills on the Dollar
