The James Dougan Mortgage matter referred to the City-Atty Thos Burke as Trustee to be assessed for a Mortgage $2000. The Geo Misener matter is referred to the assessor Edwin Ells to be assessed for a note $750. F J Burns to be assessed for a Mortgage $200. Dr O G Root to be notified that his assessment is to be increased.
