Against the same none. And now Councilman W G Latimer tenders his resignation as a member of the Common Concil from the Third Ward; thereupon said resignation is accepted. And not the Council proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of W G Latimer as a Councilman from the 3rd Ward. Whereupon an election is held and T W Lake receiving all the votes of the Councilmen present, is duly declared elected to the office of a member of the Common Council of the City of Seattle from the Third Ward to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation as aforesaid of W G Latimer. And now CouncilmanAlfred Snyder tenders his resignation as a member of the Common COuncil from the First Ward. Ordered laid on the table. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned. And now the Council proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Alfred Snyder as councilman from the Second Ward, Whereupon Charles McDonald receiving all the votes of the Councilmen present is duly declared elected to fill said vacancy for the term provided by law. Ordered that the resignation of Walter Graham as councilman for the Third Ward be taken from the table & Considered Ordered that the resignation of Walter Graham as councilman from the Third Ward be & is hereby accepted.
