Councilman Lake moves to amend No 767 so as to make all liquor license fees payable semi annually in advance. Motion carried by the following vote ayes Coulter, Green, Hinckley, Lake & Russell, noes J Furth. On motion the petition is granted. Petition of Walter Harmon et al to raise the side walk on the East side of Third Street between University and Union Streets to a level with the grade Referrred to Street Committee Petition of W B Benjamin et al for Street Crossing on Madison Street opposite the residences of F Kindling & W B Benjamin Referred to Street Committee. Petitionof James McNaught et al for a Street crossing on Pike Street West Side of Fourth Street Referred to Street Committee. Petition of L B Andrews for a sidewalk on Madison St from Third Street easterly a distance of 136 feet to a connection with the sidewalk already built and in use from that point.
