Said bods tp opened Friday May 11/88 Ordered that the Plat of Hinckley's Addition be approved. Ordered that the Street Commissioner notify Mrs Pontius to leave streets in as good condition after laying water pipes as same were before work was done. Ordinances 925 The City Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade of Lane Street between8th & 14th Streets" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze 926 The City Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled"An Ordinance providing for teh grading of Lane Street in the City of Seattle from 8th Street to 14th Street and constructing sidewalks thereon" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze. Against None 929 The City Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade of Depot Street in the City of Seattle from Elliott's Bay and Fir Street" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze. Against None. 930 The City Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade of Depot Street in the City of Seattle from Elliott's Bay to Broadway and constructing sidewalks onsiad Depot Street" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze. Against None 931 The City Clerk submits an Ordinance entitled "An Special Ordinance appropriating money to pay audited bills" which is passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze Against None The Street Committee in reference to the bid of Parker & Orr forMarion Street Wharf recommend that bid be accepted and contract awarded upon their filing a bond inthe sum of $2000.00 Adopted.
