This agreement made this day of October in the year 1916 by an between J. Hilles Robison, and John N. Bentley both of Montgomery County, Maryland: Witnesseth, that said J. Hilles Robson for the consideration, here in after mentioned, doth hereby agree for the said John N. Bentley to use the lane or road on his farm, known as Bloomfield Farm, the said lane or road beginning at the lawn gate at the dwelling house and running to the Sandy Spring Pike, also the lane or road leading to the barn in the rear.

The said John N. Bentley to have ingress and egress without let or hinderence over said lanes or roat at all times.

I, John N. Bentley in consideration of the privilege granted to me by the said J. Hilles Robison do hereby agree to pay him the said J. Hilles Robison the sum of fifty dollars, and I further agree to pay one half for the repairs and up keep of said lanes or roads
