Clear day'; ^{rained after night} Lucy called at Harewood and Gennie
Moore's in the morning, to the Cottage in the afternoon,
and to Uncle Samuels to stay all night: father at Ingelside
both morning and afternoon. I went to the store
in the mornnig.

16^th 7^th day
Clear day. Lucy came home in the morning, Emily
came with her to spend the day: Henrietta up awhile in
the afternoon. father took me to Uncle Samuels in
the afternoon, he went on to Hains's and Gaithers: I
called at Ingleside after supper, then by Gennie Moore's
to meet Lucy and home.

17^th 1^st day
Cloudy all day, and a great deal of rain: the sun out
for a few minutes at a time in the afternoon. William
Emily and Lucy here to dinner before meeting and to
dinner, Lucy staid during meeting, and staid all night
William took Emily and me to Willow Grove in the
afternoon

18^th 2^d day
Clear except a slight shower in the afternoon I went
with Pattie to Olney and Longwood in the morning:
father went for us in the afternoon, came home after
supper. Emily staid here all night.
