Clesr day, quitr cool: Julia dined with us: sister went
to see Aunty Sally Gilpin awhile in the morning: father
went to Perry Lugiars and Dr. Palmers in the afternoon:
to Ingleside and Ashton in the morning: sister and Lucy
went to Rockland in the afternoon: I went to Uncle
Samuels and Ingleside awhile in the afternoon, Laurence
went with me, and staid all night at Ingleside: I went
to Gennie Moore's and the store after supper: John
Bentley here to supper: we had fire in the evening

17^th 6^th day
Edgewood
Clear day: Henrietta and Frank up awhile in theorning
cousin Hannah, Kate and Julia called: Eliza Towers
came at 11 oclock to go come to Baltimore with u: we left
home at 12 o'clock, and got to Edgewood about half past
5 oclock.

18^th 7^th day
Pleasant Hill
Clear day: left Edgewood about 6 oclock, father went in
town with me, and to the Depot: got to Monrovia about
half past 11, to Pleasant Hill about half past 12: Samuel
and Debbie met me at the Monroavia: Thomas Shepherd
and Mary Mc Kinstrey here to dinner: Samuel & Debbie
took me into town in the afternoon, took had a nice ride,
got back to supper, and then took a little walk
