April 20 1920 Dear one: I have just received an estimate from the electrician which makes me [but?] [Burne?] got estimates from this man & sent them to me for 16 outlets costing $125 or if more than 16 at rate of $6 50 each. Now in this estimate sent me direct from Byington who is at Bridgehampton he asks 2 50 per outlet & calculates 31 outlets as being necessary for the whole house in addition 2 00 each for wire & fixtures exclusive of glassware and of course the ceiling globes or brackets will run up in addition. The thing that beats me is the addition of the 100 to the rate for outlets.

It is however a better figure than the other man who wanted $234 for the same work but from what I can learn here 350 to 400 is the ordinary rate.

Byington is coming up here next Monday
