conditions were right.

The following resolution offered by E.R. Delle was
adapted-

Resolved - that our action advers to billiard ta-
ble in Connection with the cigar business is not to be
construed as prohibitive of the game of billiards, or similar
games in the Grove under proper restrictions: we favor the
largest liberty in the matter of wholesome recreation
and amusement persistent with public morals and
the welfare of the Community.

The following were Elected Officers for coming year-
President Henry French
Vice President E.R. Dille
Secretary H. D. Heacock
E. Henry French. Thomas Filbent

E.R. Dille was named a Committee to confer with
David Jocks concerning the matters connected
with his holdings of property in the Grove.

The secretary was requested to publish the names
of the Directors of thee Association in the Minutes
of the California Annual Conference.
