I know Fabretti would fain ascribe
this Medal to another Occasion, but
Bellorio has sufficiently refuted all he
says, in his Additions to Angeloni.
At Loretto I enquir'd for the En-
glish Jesuits Lodgings, and on the
Stair-Case that leads to 'em I saw se-
veral Pictures of such as had been
Executed in England, as the Two
Garnets, Old-Corn, and others to the
Number of Thirty. Whatever were
their Crimes, the Inscription says they
suffer'd
