Description

Moses Taggart (1843-1914) was born and raised in New York state and moved to Michigan in 1869 and set up a law office with a partner, Eugene F. Allen. In 1884 he was elected Attorney General of Michigan and held the office two terms from 1885 to 1889. He later formed another law partnership with his son Ganson.
