In God's care you have
my heart born sympathy
But as a devoted Husband
and father (to the world)
a grand man has he
not only preceeded you
to a future home where
the just reward of true
and noble lives promises
a lasting reunion, which
an inscrutible Divinity
made short here.

bless and sustain
you in your affliction
