Will you kindly request
Dr Jordan to make a mem-
orandum on the agreement of the
number of months paid also the
amounts and if there is any surplus
in his hands to kindly return
same to your office to be credited
back to the salery [sic] account;
also have him cancel the
agreement entered into, as above
mentioned.
