SEATING CAPACITY 30 people 16 on dummies and 14 inside

FLOOR FRAME This frame will be of iron back with oak end sills and cross pieces. It will consist of four longitudinal sills of Iron Back and all cross pieces to be tenoned into these. All mortices and tenons to be painted before being put together. The whole frame to be trussed with two 7/8" rods and tied together with rods and bolts.

FLOORING The flooring to be T. & G. pine 1 x 4 laid longitudinal of car and secured to sills by nails. The floor in the section between dummy seats to be 1 x 12 dressed pine.

STEPS There will be one step of oak bound on edge with 1 1/4" channel iron which will extend from the closed portion form and to the Vestibule front on each side of each open section.

POSTS All posts to be of ash and to be tenoned into side sill and secured to same by a strap bolt on each post.

ROOF CARLINES All these will be of ash screwed into place.

Vestibule Fronts These to be built of oak same as on the last 20 cars we built for you.

ROOF This will be of Port Orford Cedar 3/8" thick edged and covered with canvas applied with white lead and oil.

HOODS These will be the same as roof proper.

STYLE OF EXTERIOR The cars to be duplicates in appearance to those we have just built for you, having a closed section in the center and an open section on each end.

WINDOWS There will be four windows, stationary on each side of closed section. Two Windows at each end of closed section Three windows at each end of car in Vestibule fronts the center one to drop into pocket.

WINDOW SASH All window sash to be of ash.

Curtains Each side window to have a roller shade pinch handle curtain.

GLASS The glass in the deck of car to be white chipped. The three lights in each vestibule Front to be plate. All other glass to be clear crystal sheet.

DOORS There will be a sliding door at each end of closed section of ash with upper panel of glass.

INSIDE FINISH All inside finish to be of ash finished in the natural wood.

SEATS The seats in open sections to be of ash with risers of oak. They will run longitudinal and face outward. Those in closed section to be of ash with risers of spruce grained to resemble ash. They also run longitudinal but face each other.

SEAT ENDS These will be of ash.

TRIMMINGS All trimmings to be nickle plated to correspond to the ones furnished on last cars.

Lamps. A center lamp furnished in each chimney section and One Dual Chandelier placed in closed section.

HAND STRAPS Eight on each side hung to individual hangers in closed section.

SIGNAL BELLS One placed on ceiling of each open section connected by a strap.

GONGS One placed overhead on front of each hood.

GRAB HANDLES Of 1" pipe nickle plated on each dummy post. One of wrought iron nickle plated on each corner post and at end of closed section.

DASHES To be of T. & G. oak.

WATER LEADERS The grab pipes on each side of car will form these.

DRAWHEADS To be cast iron secured to end sill at each end of car.

BRAKE LEVERS One furnished at each end of car also one Grip connecting lever and rod underneath.

WINDOW GUARDS To be nickle plated on the outside of end windows of closed section.

PAINTING To be strictly in accordance with that of last cars furnished by us.

LETTERING To be as directed by you.

NUMBERING To be as directed by you.

REMARKS We are to supply two wire floor mats to each car to be placed between seats of closed section.

Trucks and Brake Rigging We are to mount the car bodies on two trucks which are to be built after your pattern. You to furnish us two trucks for models. We to supply all brake rigging and all rods to be best refined iron.
