enough to bid them goodby
on the ship.

Enclosed please
find "Trust Deed" duly recorded
which is Notice to all - also a
Power of Atty from my wife
to sell other property, if required,
this last is not Recorded &
need not be unless you wish to use
it. Also Mr. Roberts & self agree that
you be the custodian of the
lease, (herewith enclosed) under
which he has paid $1200 - (6 months
in advance) - now in the event
that any action, should be necessary,
I will try & be on hand to relieve
