Dear Mother and Daddy,

This hasn't even a very nice week and I've found it almost impossible to study. I can't seem to keep my mind on any of my studies even though I have spent quite a bit of time at the library. As you had anticipated, Bob wrote me a letter telling me that we had better go out with each other for quite some time and broke all the dates he had with me for the future. Of course that upset me quite a bit and I wrote him a letter but I haven't heard anything from him.
