Dear Mother and Daddy,
I thought perhaps you might like to know that I arrived back 2a/elef.[?] We got here about eleven o'clock last night. We ate dinner in Paso Robles about six thirty, and after that it seems I just curled up in a blanket in the back seat and slept all the way home. The fruit was delicious, and I was certainly glad that you took the trouble to fix it.
I have just finished writing a paper for my Christainity course about Paul's conflicting doctrines of faith and work. I really don't understand anything I have written myself, but then I don't understand everything the professor has to say either; so maybe

he can figure out what I meant in my paper. I am having a test in there on Friday covering eighty Christain heresies. I tries to read some over the weekend, but as you know I didn't have too much time. I am also expecting a test in business law on Friday. So it looks like I'm set for work for the rest of the week.
This afternoon I spent addressing invitations to all the senior girls for this tea which is to be a week from Friday. I guess now that it is coming closer, I will have more to do with it.
It was so nice to be home this last week-end. Now I can hardly wait to see the house when it is all finished. I am so glad I was able to get my dress - the more I think about it, the more I'm sure I like it. I'm glad it won't be too long until I get home again.
Love to all,
Mary~
