arranged. The only thing else that I need for my room, unless you could get another rug like the red one, is the curtains. I didn't realize that the windows would look so bad. I would like them to match my bedspread. The window is 54" wide, 74" long and 100" from the floor. I think that the curtain should come to the floor because there is a heater in front of the window which needs covering. The only other thing which I need badly is the bicycle.

I know that I am just going to love it here.

Love to all, Mary

I was so busy last night getting my things fixed in my room that I didn't have time to write you then, so I decided to write the first thing this morning.

We arrived right on time and Linley [Good?] met us at the train station and took us to Roble, after that we had to go back in town to eat dinner. When we got back from dinner we were given our rooms. I wasn't too awfully lucky in getting a room for I didn't get a single room, but a side room in a suite which is almost like a single room except that there is no door into the hall. Otherwise the room is fine, although it is a little small, for it has a better dresser than most of the other rooms and is wonderfully situated. There were only about three other girls that spent the night here besides us. Then we were were given out our rooms, we were scattered all down the corridors, but luckily Sally Sutch and I have rooms very close together. Last night Sally and I helped each other fix our rooms and unpack our clothes. It certainly was a mess. However we finally got them fairly well
