church I studied all day.

I had another Spanish
test today and it was much
harder than the ones before,
and even though I studied
harder for it than I studied
for any of the other tests, I
doubt if I get to keep up my
A-'s.

I would appreciate it
if you would send me a
new bankbook immediately, because
I don't have a cent to my name
now (except in the bank - which
I can't get to). They'er having a
big war bond drive on and I
can't buy any - They'er having
a big auction tonight for it.
I'd finally just about gotten
George to ask me out again but
they decided to auction him off as
a date instead - so I guess
that that counts me out again -

I guess there isn't any
more news but I'll write
