Dear Mother and Daddy,
Please don't ever tell me not to study so hard again or I shall probably quit altogether. As it was I did loosen up a little but it certainly didn't bring any profitable results. My French pronunciation has gotten to be so bad that when I say anything in French it sounds as if I'm talking pig latin or the op. language or something. I read a lot of French last night that I got it all in my mind and when I read Spanish this morning, the Spanish professor jumped down my throat for pronouncing the Spanish like French. So I guess it just doesn't pay any way around. I've decided that I simply have to do something about my grade for Physical Science, so I'm spending hours making my laboratory notebook just as beautiful and precise as I can make it.

and so they are talking of not having any time at all between quarters which would mean that I couldn't come home until June. I'd just die if I couldn't come home before then, and these plans are not at all definite so don't worry about it - I think it can be arranged for me to go home - I shall see to it.
I am enclosing some pictures that I had developed from the camera.
Love to all, Mary -
