Rudy's has put in a board with hooks on it
beside the bar to hold private, monogrammed
mugs. Carl, one of the bartenders, has the china
paint, & they fire the things right there in the
oven. So now I'm going to be a mug monogrammer.
I've got another order besides my own already.
Liz has been recuperating at her sister's
house since she got out of the hospital. She
ought to be back out there before long. A fellow
was telling me the other night, about the progress
they've made recently, in pinning bones. Most
of the ideas came of of German military medicine,
WWII. Liz could easily have been in a cast
for months instead of just 4 weeks of traction.

Easter Sun., I'll wear the yellow outfit you made.
I really do like it. I've never had much yellow
stuff before. I also like that yellow blouse you
made. I've had loads of compliments on the
yellow skirt. By the way, one of the girls in the
dorm who sews a lot, wants to know where
you got the fancy labels.

Angelo was down the weekend before finals.
He's working for a subsidiary of US Steel & doing
well on the stock market on the side. Things
have shaped up for him in the last few months.
I'm going to invite him down for the big chorus
concert with the S. F. Symphony the first weekend
of next quarter, since we all get 1 ticket to
give away.

Even though I'm on vacation, there are millions
of things to do, especially those two papers which
