The seasons are just changing & fall is a beautiful
time to ride, especially up around
Skyline. If you could get rid of that mental
block of yours, I'd take you for a nice ride.

Kodak is really great. I couldn't have
picked a better thing to do on emerging
from the ratrace. No pressure & it feels
good. My curiousity about everything is
redoubled & I feel like finding things
out instead of having to learn things.

A cat has adopted the shop. It's a boy,
little more than a kitten. It just walked
out from behind the air compressor
one day. It was skinney then, but not
anymore. It doesn't flinch at the loudest
motor & every time anyone sits down
it jumps up on their lap to be petted,
& then up on the shoulders to lie down
& go to sleep. It's fun to watch all the
big cat-hating he-men petting it & calling
it a "nice Kitty-cat." It's name is
hot-shoe.

Paula & I have an extra bed, the couch,
& my sleeping bag, so please feel free to
drop in & stay a couple of weeks whenever
you feel like it, especially when
you don't feel like anything else. We
don't have any extra blankets, so if you
don't like my sleeping bag, bring as many
