Dec 7, 1917.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

Upon the approval of every member. Mr.
Li Hwa was admitted into the club.

In regard to the letter heads, it was
decided not to have any printed, because
of its high cost.

The discussion of giving a social this
quarter was presented and decided that it will
be given during the next quarter. A suggestion
was made that we give a little " jolly-up"
immediately after the end quarter final
examinations were over with. This was
favored by the members. The date for it
was settled to be on the 22nd of Dec., and at
Hang Far Low at 5 P.M. The cost of the
affair is to be divided equally among the
members of the club, with a maximum sum
of $1.00 each. All the Chinese Stanford
Alumni are to be invited to this "jolly-up."

With no further business, the meeting
was adjourned.

Yours respectfully,
William C. Meh
