June 7, 1918.

The final meeting of the Spring quarter was
called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M.

Discussion followed Mr. J.G.C. Mei's presentation
of his resignation as our representative to the Board of Representatives.
It was moved and seconded that we
should accept it. A majority ballot favored his resignation.

Report of the "National Welfare Committee" followed.
Mr. S.K. Wong announced that since the Chinese Six
Companies
are taking up the publicity work toward the Japanese
questions, we should cooperate with them.

Discussion of an informal dinner in honor of the graduates
followed. It was moved and seconded that the club should
give a banquet in honor of the graduates, in San Francisco
on June 15th, [6?] P.M. inviting the Stanford
alumni also. The motion carried by a majority
vote. (Place to be decided later).

By an unanimous vote, it was decided that each
member should be assessed $1.00 for this banquet, with
the exception of the graduates.

The meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M.

Respectfully,
William C. Meh
Sect'y
