Regular Meeting

Business Conducted:

Review of last meeting - the following are the
decisions therefrom —

1. Mr. C.K. Chan consented to buy a silk piano
cover within the next few weeks for the Club to be
presesented to Rev. Huslar for rememberance.

2. Quad picture to be taken as soon as possible.
The date on which to take such a picture will
be announced by president C.K. Chan.

3. Club pin - this is to be decided upon later.

Election of new officers for the quarter
C.K. Chan as President (re-elected)
H.H. Wu as English Secretary
H. Wu as Chinese Secretary and Treasurer

The campaign for our Club House was briefly
reported by H. Yee, S.S. Lee and C.K. Chan and was
to be thoroughly discussed by a special meeting to be
called on tomorrow night Jan 8.
