Mr. F.Y. Chuck then made a motion
impowering the president to appoint any member
to assist him in discharging his duties. The
motion was duly seconded and put to a vote.
It was carried.

The discussion about a farewell tea party
to be had in San Francisco, then took place.
The final conclusion was that a tea party was
to had in San Francisco, May 16, the alumni
and trustees were to be invited; the discussion
of future plans of the club and the saying of
farewells to those members graduating this quarter
being the objects annd the expenses were to be
paid by the members themselves.

Mr. Lee, our President-elect, moved that
we should have a play in San Francisco for
the benefit of the Club. The motion was carried.

Mr. C.H. Lee was then elected director
of the play.

The meeting adjourned at 10 P.M.
