Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m by,
Chairman Wong,

Treasurer's report OKed

Minutes of the previous meeting were read
and approved.

One of the executive officers Mr. G. Chan having left
school, Mr. Chuck F.Y. was elected by acclamation to fill
the vacancy, by acclamation

Chairman Wong made a report on the
proposition of installing a heat system in our Club House which was assigned
to himself and the other executive for investigation
Oil stoves to be installed M.S.C. Y.D. Hahn
Oil be supplied by each individual M.S.C. Shen
Oil cost to be divided among members.
Copy of Constitution and by-laws of the Club
be mimiographed and one sent to each member.
As there were no further business meeting
was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
