CHINESE STUDENT'S CLUBHOUSE
STANFORD UNIVERSITY
The Regulations are drawn up by the majority vote of the
members residing in the Clubhouse Winter Quarter, 1951-52.
Article I - - NAME AND LOCATION OF RESIDENCE
CHINESE STUDENT'S CLUBHOUSE

Article II -- PURPOSE
A. "To foster International Fellowship"
Phi Epsilon Phi
B. "To remain as a residence primaarily for Chinese, but
with all other students invited to mix and integrate
in fostering international fellowship"
Article III - - RESIDENTS

A. Qualifications
-Applicant for residence should be of persons who
will contribute towards the benefits of the
Clubhouse and its members.
-All Stanford students can apply to live in the
Clubhouse, but the majority should be Chinese
at any time.
-Maximum number of Non-Chinese is four, but empty
but empty space can be filled by any Stanford student, if any.
-Applicant should hold an ASSU Student Body Card,
and if without such a card he can line in the
Clubhouse one quarter only.
B. Time
-Student can stay in the Clubhouse as long as he
holds an ASSU Student Body Card.
-Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters constitute an
academic year. Summer residence is considered
temporary.
C. Room Choice
-Seniority of quarters in the Clubhouse will decide
the choice of rooms
D. University Obligations
-For their contributions in the past to the Clubhouse,
permanent quarters in the Clubhouse are given to
Mr. Chung-Kwei Chang and Mr. Street Chang.
