April 1st, 1918.

The first meeting of the Spring quarter was
called to order by Chairman Wong at 7:15 P.M. Roll was called
and every member was present. Immediately, an election
of officers for the ensuing quarter took place. The
following staff were elected:-
Chairman - Mr. J.G.C. Mei
Treasurer and Chinese secretary - Mr. W. J. Chang
English Secretary - Mr. W.C. Meh

After the election, the new officers took charge of the meeting.
Chairman Mei appointed Mr. S.K. Wong for the social
committee and Mr. C.K. Chan for the athletic committee.

A report for the athletic committee was given by
C.K. Chan, who announced that the expected basketball
game with U.C. has been called off on their lack of a team.

Suggestions were made that the club should buy
some kind of amusement instruments such as chess,
checkers, etc. for the benefit of the club members during spare
time and such should be kept as club property. No action
was taken on this matter.

Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:35 P.M.

Yours respectfully,
William C. Meh,
Secretary
