As a result of this rule, Mr. J.G.C. Mei, who
strongly opposed to it, has announced his withdrawal
from membership of this club because the majority passed
it in spite of his objection.

The meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M.

5:10 P.M. Regular Meeting May 9, 1919.

Meeting was called to order at 4:30 P.M.
Discussion of patriotic duty followed. It was
agreed that Chairman Lee should go to Berkeley
to seek the co-operation of U.C. club to undertake
in some patriotic movement. No
motions were made during the meeting and
action toward the patriotic movements is pending
Mr. Lee's interview with the U.C. club.

Meeting adjourned at 5:10 P.M.
