Special Meeting
8:00 P.M.

Attendance:- F.Y. Chuck, A.F. Chuck, Geo.
Chan
, C. Chen, R. Chin, N.Y. Yue, Chen To
Chi
, Dreyfuss and W. Pai C.H. Lee
Mr. Geo. Chan temporary chairman.

Business:-

1. Mr. H.W. Pai spoke a few words
on house management.

2. Mr. C. Chen made a motion that
the acting president should make out
a list of persons who are to chair the
house and if anyone should fail to
do his duties three times in succession,
he should be fined $1.00.
The motion was seconded and carried.

3. Mr. C. Chen made a motion that
a member be elected to take charge
of the mails of those that are absent.
This motion was amended to read
as follows "That the English secretary of
the Club should take charge of the mails
of the absent members."

The amended motion was seconded
and passed.
