Monthly Meeting Feb 3-1922

The meeting was called to order by Pres. Wong.
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read,
and adopted by motion of Mr. F.Y. Chuck.

The report of the treasurer was called for. The
items of income and expenses, were read, and
the total amount received was
Bal 58.50. The report was accepted as being correct.
The president called our attention to a book
of signatures of subscribers to the support of our
Club House.

The Quad Picture was decided to be taken
on Feb 11 at 10 o'clock.

Motion was made by Chuck that non-members
who reside in Club House, be asked to pay the
whole term's rent at once, beginning the quarter following.

By motion of Mr. Wong, the meeting was
adjourned.

Meeting was reopened by majority vote.
Mr. Yue made a motion to initiate all the
Chinese working people on the campus in view
of launching a financial driver among them
in behalf of our Club House. Mr. Taam made
a motion to invite the Chinese this Coming Sunday.

Upon motion of Mr. Jack Foy to adjourn, the
meeting was brought to a close at 10:30.
