The last meeting of the Winter Quarter
was opened took place on Friday March 24th at 1pm.
The president had the secretary read a note
of resignation from Mr. Don Chase. Mr. Taam
made a motion to accept the above resignation
tendered by Mr. Chaseto be relieved of his
duties in the house work of the club.

Mr. Hahn made a motion to employ a
person who should put in 3 hrs. a week in
consideration of which he shall have a room free.
This said person should clean the bedrooms
once a week, and should put in about
2 hrs. each week looking after the study,
the sitting room, the lounge, and the other
public places.

Treasurer Chu gave his financial report which
was accepted by the members as being correct.
The constitution was read and adopted with
minor amendments.

By laws were passed, adopted.

Upon Taam's motion the Constitutions and
the by-laws were passed.

Dues must be paid upon a time specified
by the treasurer, or pay a fine imposed at the time.
It was moved and seconded that non-members and associate
members cannot cook in the kitchen.

Meeting was adjourned by motion of
Taam at 2:30 pm.
